About Us

Sword was founded in October 2017 by Saturn Return, Warden Dresden, and Weyrhawk. After much success in the Free Company (FC), the founders believed the Crystal Data Center would not be able to keep up with the needs of the FC. Thus, SWORD was split into 5 FCs: The Mortal Sword, The Immortal Sword, The Eternal Sword, The Temporal Sword, and The Fallen Sword.

All of the SWORD FCs host different events that span across all 5 FCs and bring together a friendly community of players who are actively playing FFXIV and working to help people and players. Discord and Link Shells are utilized to encourage cross-FC participation and to build the greater SWORD community.
